Refunds, Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong design choice, color expectation differences, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Since our products are handmade and printed in small batches, slight variations in color, placement, or size may naturally occur. Small color differences or minor size variations are normal and do not affect the quality, function, or beauty of the product.
We are happy to help if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear production issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging, item, and issue. To help us review any issue fairly, please record a clear unboxing video or take clear photos when opening your package. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video or photos so we can verify the package and order information for refund, replacement, or further resolution.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement first. A refund may be considered only when a replacement is not possible.
