This seller has wonderful customer service and helped me design a coordinating tile bag for the mahjong mat I wanted to buy. I really appreciated how flexible the seller was, and the items are adorable and high quality. It is NOT as it appears in the photo. The seller is using their design photo and not a photo of a real finished product. The mat is decidedly GREY. Not even close to the cream in the ad. If you need your order as quickly as possible, we recommend choosing No Personalization. Personalized orders usually require an additional 1–2 business days for design setup, review, and production preparation before shipping. For the fastest processing time, please select the standard non-personalized option.
Production time depends on the item:
Please note that production time does not include shipping time. Standard shipping is by air and usually takes about 10–15 days after the order has been completed and shipped.
If you place more than one order, they will have separate tracking numbers. We do this to keep each order properly documented, packed, and processed separately. This helps ensure more accurate tracking, smoother customs clearance, and safer delivery.
Express shipping may be available and is usually faster. However, we generally do not recommend express shipping at this time because customs inspections have become stricter, which may increase the chance of delays or additional clearance issues.
For a smoother delivery experience, we recommend standard air shipping.
We ship our Mahjong mats rolled instead of folded whenever possible.
This helps reduce fold lines, creases, and pressure marks during transit, so the mat can arrive in better condition and lay flatter when opened.
Because each mat is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer selection errors.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear production issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.
For a confirmed covered issue, we offer a replacement first and cover production and shipping. If replacement is not possible, we may provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Our Mahjong mat may cost more because it is made with a higher-quality 3-layer construction, including a soft velour surface, cushioned neoprene, and a rubber backing for better stability during play.
We also focus on detailed artwork, careful production, and secure packaging. Each mat is made to feel comfortable, durable, and gift-ready, rather than being a basic printed mat.
Another reason is the shipping cost. We ship the mat rolled instead of folded to help reduce creases and pressure marks during transit. Rolled packaging is larger and heavier than folded packaging, so the shipping cost is usually higher.
