Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging, item, and issue. To help us review any issue fairly, please record a clear unboxing video or take clear photos when opening your package. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video or photos so we can verify the package and order information for refund, replacement, or further resolution.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement first. A refund may be considered only when a replacement is not possible.
