💬 A Note on Handmade Every tile is individually finished with attention to detail. Slight variations in texture, alignment, or finish are part of the handmade character of the set — making each collection uniquely its own.

We support:

• Custom back tile artwork, logos, or text

Please Note: As this is a handmade product featuring custom digital printing, slight variations in color, vibrancy, and pattern alignment may occur. These minor differences, often influenced by individual monitor calibrations and the printing process, are a normal part of handmade and printed items and do not alter the overall quality or essence of the product.

Refunds, Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong design choice, color expectation differences, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Since our products are handmade and printed in small batches, slight variations in color, placement, or size may naturally occur. Small color differences or minor size variations are normal and do not affect the quality, function, or beauty of the product.

We are happy to help if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear production issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging, item, and issue. To help us review any issue fairly, please record a clear unboxing video or take clear photos when opening your package. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video or photos so we can verify the package and order information for refund, replacement, or further resolution.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement first. A refund may be considered only when a replacement is not possible.

Please note that handmade and made-to-order items may have slight color, placement, or size variations. These small differences do not affect the quality of the product and are not considered defects.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered. If there is a file issue, please message us and we will help fix or resend the file.

Please double-check all orders, sizes, personalization, and shipping details before placing your order.
